1 Introduction & Definitions

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

VIP99 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. VIP99 reserves the right to verify a member's identity before processing any withdrawal request, or at any other time deemed necessary.

Documents typically required for verification:

• Copy of national ID card or passport
• A recent photo (selfie or video)
• Bank statement or proof of payment
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank letter)

Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC is not completed. VIP99 reserves the right to delay payments until all required documents have been collected and verified.

4 Deposit Rules & Payment Policy

The following rules apply to all deposits made on VIP99:

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 200 (two hundred taka)
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited
• Mobile banking, bank transfer, and e-wallet are accepted
• Save the transaction ID for every deposit
• No deposit fees — though your bank's own charges may apply

5 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions must be met before making a withdrawal from VIP99:

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the original deposit
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• A specified turnover requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

VIP99 offers members a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms. The general rules are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit
• Withdrawing bonus funds generally requires completing a 10x–20x turnover
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the turnover requirement has been met
• Claiming the same bonus more than once is prohibited
• VIP99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
• Fraudulent bonus collection may result in account suspension

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

All games on VIP99 are RNG (Random Number Generator) certified, ensuring they are fully fair and verifiable. The following rules apply to members when gaming:

• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once they have gone live
• Vip99 reserves the right to correct any abnormal results caused by technical errors
• Winnings obtained by exploiting a software bug or glitch may be voided
• In Sports Betting, bets are refunded if a match is abandoned
• In the event of a dispute over game outcomes, VIP99's system logs shall be treated as final evidence

8 VIP Program Terms & Conditions

Enrollment in the VIP99 VIP Program is automatic and open to all registered members. The following conditions apply:

• Point earning rates may vary depending on the game type
• VIP level may be re-evaluated after 90 days of inactivity
• The decision to change a member's VIP level is at the sole discretion of vip99
• VIP points cannot be converted to cash
• VIP benefits may be revoked for violations of the rules

9 Prohibited Activities

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Exploiting the bonus system for dishonest gain (Bonus Abuse)
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to an account
• Using any automated system or bot
• Money laundering or illegal transactions
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform
• Providing false identity or information
• Harassing or defrauding another member

10 Account Closure & Suspension Policy

VIP99 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In any case of a terms and conditions violation
• Providing false information or forging KYC documents
• In cases involving suspicious transactions or money laundering activity
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any valid balance will be returned, but bonus funds will be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

VIP99 shall not be held liable for the following:

• Losses due to internet disconnection
• Account access by an unauthorized third party
• Loss of bets due to technical issues during gameplay
• Losses resulting from the member's own error
• Any indirect or consequential losses

VIP99's total liability shall not exceed the amount of the member's most recent deposit, under any circumstances.

12 Right to Amend Terms & Conditions

VIP99 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the website before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
